The World FamousWhitewater Bar & Grill
Born from a love of the Arkansas River and the spirit of the West, we've been the heart of adventure in Canon City since 2005. Our 100% Colorado-raised beef and original BBQ recipes have been perfected over two decades.
Our fresh-cut curly fries are the real deal. Five minutes before you eat 'em, they were still a potato. We proudly serve Colorado beef and pour Colorado beer, because we believe in keeping it local.
Rated 4.6 stars on Google from 1,717 reviews, with 3,000+ reviews across all platforms. Live music, outdoor games, and the kind of hospitality that makes you feel right at home.

What People Say

"Food was amazing. The Brisket Sandwich was delicious as well as the Brussel Sprouts. The Poke Nachos too was fire! We had a great experience and went twice for the Brisket Sandwich. Great service and a really big place."
